What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. http://www.google.com/ig/directory?q=awardwallet&dpos=top&root=%2Fig
2. There are two gadgets named AwardWallet

What is the expected output?

First one, hosted on http://hosting.gmodules.com/ I would like to be deleted. I 
can't delete it myself because corporate gmail account, from which it was 
submitted, converted to personal, it was some gmail related issue.
