Command line interface on Windows #86

Hi Frank. I wonder on windows build, how could I run command line interface of DSI studio from windows terminal or powershell? Right now seems like the only way to run command line is through "Console" button on the DSI studio GUI.

Just cd to the dsi studio directory and type dsi_studio followed by parameters
