need support on autotrack/ Tracts of Interest #1

Dear Frank

This is Yihe from UCL, How’s everything? I hope this message finds you all good!

I have a question on DSI autotrack module. Assuming that I have got a tract of nii format in MNI space region which was not as a part of the latest DSI Studio （see attached image. ). How could I add these tract region into auto track module. If so, I could run auto track between different individuals to have some further analysis.

Or in the other way to ask, how can I make it possible to tract the MNI space tract region using Tracts of Interest? image1

You would need to have the tractography file (tt.gz) mapped with the ICBM152 template and add it to the tract file at atlas/ICBM152_adult/ICBM152_adult.tt.gz
