HLS and MSS support for OSMFVIDEO model #10

Initial support for the HLS and MSS for OSMFVIDEO model.

Added new custom builds of Strobe Media Playback:

StrobeMediaPlayback.swf - without any additional plugins
StrobeMediaPlayback_hls_mss.swf - with HLS & MSS plugins
StrobeMediaPlayback_hls.swf - only with HLS plugin
StrobeMediaPlayback_mss.swf - only with MSS plugin

Fixed:

error handling causing projekktor hanging on "awakening" state in some cases

Removed irrelevant flashVars. Now that options are statically compiled in SMP.
