Cover cannot be displayed in HTML5 and type 'audio/mp3' #40

In projekktor version 1.3.09 we found bug related to cover. We cannot display cover when we use HTML5 with type 'audio/mp3'. To solve this issue we moved 2 lines of cover attachment in method applyMedia (line 5587)
