Zen Coding plugin for Notepad++ listens to shortcut keys even when window is not active #263

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run MS Paint, press Ctrl+E, the "Image Properties" dialog comes out.
2. Run Notepad++ with Zen Coding for Notepad++ v0.7 installed, type something
3. Go back to MS Paint, press Ctrl+E, now the "Image Properties" dialog does 
not open. Go back to Notepad++ and you can see that something you typed in step 
2 is expanded.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See above. In fact this affects all shortcut keys, Ctrl+E and MS Paint is only 
an example.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Notepad++ v5.9, Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit
