waysopt.dat missing when manually transfer files #36

Hi,

Since I have no wifi connection available at the moment I tried to manually transfer map files from a laptop (running Ubuntu) to the Ubuntu MX4. I downloaded the map files from http://schreuderelectronics.com/osm/ and transferred them with a cable. When I run osmscout I can not zoomin to any of the downloaded maps, at least only a empty color field is shown. Looking in the logfile (.cache/upstart/application-click-osmscout.fransschhreuder_OSMScout_0.5.1.log) I see that the wayopt.dat is missing:

FileScanner.cpp: could not open /home/phablet/.local/share/osmscout.fransschreuder/Maps/netherlands/waysopt.dat
Cannot open file '/home/phablet/.local/share/osmscout.fransschreuder/Maps/netherlands/waysopt.dat'!
Cannot load optimize areas low zoom index!

I checked the permissions of the directories and they seem fine. When is this ways.opt file generated?
