sqnc prune #37

sqnc prune should delete stuff in the working directory and any containers/volumes that the runtime created that are directly related to sequence

https://github.com/frantjc/sequence/issues/38 is complete so this can be done whenever

with this, the docker runtime should start not auto-removing containers as they can be removed with sqnc prune. prune should also delete stuff in sqnc's RootDir (~/.sqnc/lib usually) which contains cloned actions and workspaces from jobs that have been ran
