Autofocus only when opening Reply inputs #12

I think the main commenting input shouldn't autofocus but if you open a reply it should. autofocus for main commenting input causes scroll to jump on some pages like https://habla.news/tony/live-stream-embeds

0.0.3 is out with this and other minor fixes. Tested on Habla locally 👍
