Add description and unifies formatting #43

I've added a small paragraph about Refactoring and Good Practices in the README file, since Tricks and Idiomatic Ruby had one. Also I've unified the bullet point markers, some were using * and others -. And finally some content was in the summary.md file but wasn't in the specific files, like idiomatic_ruby.md.
