You should write two lines of documentation, at least a quick start guide or 
just a README about:
1) How to run Java GUI (As I see from the screenshot in Project Home)
2) How to parametrize and use shell scripts in order to define Map Reduce 
problem to be simulated

P.S.: Looking at sources I have guessed that it's based on SimJava2 and more 
probably on modifications to GridSim of Buyya. Why not write two wiki lines? 
Anyway interesting work. I guess you don't have time to fulfill my requests. 
I'm in this case a casual user of your source but surely an accademic or 
business user could dismiss very soon the idea of reuse your library after 
checking out sources :-)

mrsim works fine but graph.sjg is not created. Could you you tell me what is 
the exact problem?

It's good work and interested tool.. 
Regarding to the graph.sjg is created  when I tried to run mrsim jar  on Linux 
OS (CentOS) but the graph.sjg is not created on windows.
Actually, it needs a manual.
