A few questions to help diagnose:

  1. Have you adjusted the bed leveling screws? The sensors are mounted around those screws, if any of them are too tight they will trigger prematurely?
  2. Was the bed heated when you tried to probe? Heating the bed causes thermal expansion, which also applies pressure to the sensors and can cause this.
  3. Did you increase the speed config option? Moving the bed too fast can also cause a premature sensor trigger.

If the answer to all of these is no, your best bet is to increase the value of i in the "prepare_gcode:" config. By default it is 4, setting it to something higher like 8 could improve results.

Don't manipulate with skrews, bed is cold, count setting to 10, this is don't help. I setting up z offset manual with paper, but wanted to all work as desired.
