🐛 [Bug] - Price List field is shown when its unselected and Invoice is Submitted / Cancelled

Expected Behavior

If Pricelist is not selected, it should be hidden when the Invoice is Submitted / Cancelled

Current Behavior

Pricelist field is visible when its empty and Invoice is Submitted / Cancelled

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Sales --> Sales Invoices
2. Create a New Invoice leaving the Price List field empty.
3. Save and Submit
4. Price List field will be shown even if its empty and Invoice is in Submitted / Cancelled state
