v2 bug: glitchy rendering during load #341

Expected Behaviour

I expect the layout of the chart, and of the legend on the y axis, not to shift repeatedly during the initial load.

Actual Behaviour

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open https://mathiasbynens.github.io/covid-19-vaccinations-germany/ and observe the repeated layout shifts.
  2. Refresh if you didn’t see it yet :)
