Issue with frappe/erpnext version-13 #192

1). Showing multiple modules not found error:- "Telemetry", "Caching", "Posthog" and etc. 2). Unable to upload files, showing error. 3). Unable to login from drive login page.

Version 13 is EOL. Lowest supported version for now is version 15. It'll be 16 when that comes out to support real-time editing over Frappe Framework.
