[Bug] "Website User" cannot login using ERPNext mobile App #12929

Steps:

  1. Create user as website user (you can assign role like Supplier).
  2. Login with new user credentials

Note this is not replicated on the mobile browser.

And I checked this on version 8 and version 9 and version 10, the bug existed in all of these versions.

Website User doesn't have access to Desk. They are supposed to use the Web Portal, not the mobile app which is a replica of Desk.

@netchampfaris But this will lead for a problem that I have to give two usernames for the users, once to login from website and other to login from mobile application. Is it a reasonable solution?

Also, if I gave username as Desk, the user can add comments even if I need him only to view ! So what is the solution? Regards Bilal
