If you set up a budget against a project and set the action to 'Stop' when Action if Annual Budget Exceeded, the message displayed when a transaction is posted against that budget is different between v10.1.73 and v11.03 beta 25.
The calculation performed in v10.1.73 is incorrect whilst that on v11.03 beta 25. is correct.
I have tested the same data on both these versions and can confirm that the underlying code is different.
