[Proposal] Fields for tax consultant ID and client ID

Regarding tax consulting, I propose to add fields for

• the consultant number and
• the client number

to the DocType Company.

Explanation:

• Every tax consultant has a unique number
  • India: ICIA's Membership Number
  • Germany: DATEV Beraternummer.
• A tax consultant's client has a unique number
  • Germany: Mandantennummer
• Several accounting books with different client numbers can be managed under a particular consultant number.
• A company can be a tax consultant itself (company does taxes for itself or for child company)
• Both numbers can be the same (tax consultancy declares it's own tax).

Reasons

• In communication and data import/export, German companies include these numbers to enable automated processing
• Indian companies can use the tax consultant number to verify documents
• Tax consultants can manage clients as Companies in ERPNext
• These numbers are also relevant in Mexico

where exactly can erpnext users use this? the software is supposed to be used by organizations for their internal use. are you saying a tax consultant will use erpnext to manage data of different clients in different companies? i am am accounting professional and over the past two years i have attempted to use erpnext for that very purpose but i have failed to get it to work because erpnext is not built for that job. Maybe if there is a consulting module like there is hospital and education module catering to for example a tax consultant with hundreds of clients.
