@anupamvs thanks for taking this up.. we have made desktop notifications n i shared code as well but your in-app pop up should be great, any idea when can we see it working..

Problem Statement:
The current CRM model in ERPNext does not provide in-app reminders to the users for scheduled tasks and activities.
The system will allow users to schedule/plan various activities as part of their CRM workflow. However, due to lack of prominent reminders, the users may miss their planned/scheduled activities. Hence, in-app reminders will be required in the system which will give advanced heads up to the users on their scheduled activities.
The users can setup how much in advance they would like to get these reminders. As per the settings in the system, the system should generate a reminder pop up containing significant details of the event such as event name, type, owner, contact details etc.
Proposed Solution:
