RFQ supplier porrtal - Incorrect 'Submit your Quotation' URL in Email and calculation is getting wrong

Upon clicking submit your quotation from email it is redirecting to wrong url:

https://sitename.com/app/request-for-quotation/PUR-RFQ-2023-00001

Which should be: https://sitename.com/rfq/PUR-RFQ-2023-00001

Also, while adding rate in rfq and submitting it, itis updating for only first item in supplier quotation:
