It's recommended to process all GST Transactions through sales or purchase invoice.
In my opinion you are looking for a simpler interface to book expenses.
Journal Entry is not designed to support taxes. Moreover, just adding taxes may not be sufficient as all reports will also need to support them.

Hi Team,
Currently there is not provision to update GST amount and GST % on Journal entry. This provision is required. or suggest us the solution if already taken care in India Compliance.
