Alternative item Option In BOM

Since we are a Electronic PCB manufactures we use some items as a alternative part in some products where has same alternative item may not be used in some other products. If we add an alternative item in item master that alternative item is reflected as alternate item for all the BOMs. But we need an option to add alternative item in BOM and it should be reflected in Particular BOM only and not for other BOMs. If this option is available in BOM it will be helpful for us.. Kindly Do the needful and revert back
