Feature Request: Support selling digital goods via shopping cart #5088

As a shop owner I would like to sell products that are puerly digital. One use case is a PDF file the user can buy and once the transaction is complete the user should get a link that allows downloading the paid PDF file.

This would most probably require:

Ability to mark a product as digital
Allow adding the downloadable content to a product
Generate secure links that allow a user to download the file after the transaction is completed

Odoo added support for something similar in 9.0.

I would like to sell license keys that the user can register via our desktop app.
