SMS Alerts / Auto SMS #14716

Hello Team,

If we can add feature to enable SMS trigger automatically just like Email Alerts.

I can try to find sponsorship to develop feature, what may be the cost of development.

Given that this feature is required by many users, will be great if you can create a bounty for it. That will allow other community members to also sponsor for development of this feature.

@rohitwaghchaure @nabinhait could be provide some estimate on this? We could enhance Notifications itself for SMS alerts as well?

We are also planning to add this to our existing app. But if needed we can push it to the develop branch.

Yes we're going to develop it for our custom app, But my plan was to make it in custom app while someone can do for the ERPnext core side integration which can be funded by the above sponsor if he is still interested in it.

@parmartejas @ankush In the current version of frappe this should be possible to implement via Notification Doctype and SMS channel So this probably can be closed.
