Connection Problem after changing kms key of mariadb in RDS #1450

I have setup this app long ago but now I have to change the encryption key on Mariadb (in RDS) but I don't know the changes that have to done in app(image) to reconnect it with Mariadb.

db_host, db_name, db_password and encryption_key are set in site_config
