Apart from the title there is a fix for docs for portal pages generator as well as it wasn't being rendered properly

Shall i remove the __init__ files? Also, should we add pango as a dependency when installing bench as i faced that issue with weasyprint? (ref: https://doc.courtbouillon.org/weasyprint/stable/first_steps.html)
