feature request: Add description meta tag with title of Discussion for link preview

When sharing links in various apps to discussions it's not possible to understand what's the topic about.

It would be really helpful if we get a title and description preview like this:

This can be done by adding text (Discussion Title) to meta tags:

1. https://ogp.me
2. and something like this

Guess it doesn't work with a closed forum like GP. Will close this
