New Features

Pulls in a couple PRs, adds formatting with Prettier.

Notable features:

• Hour mode is now available
• Padding is customizable (see details in #330)
• Instead of duration, end_time can be specified.
• Supports empty task list, displayed like this:

Also fixes bug in the display of dates.

README.md need an update :

• If there is no end property but a duration property is provided, the end date is automatically calculated.
• Added a new view mode: hour.
• Custom padding for view mode: You can now add custom padding using VIEW_MODE_PADDING. Pass options.view_mode_padding if needed.
• Start date fix (it Gantt>setup_gantt_dates. Consider adding an option for default and custom date formats.
• Minor fixes on date instances.
• Commit (0b235d3397b): Verified HTML instance and added default date as a Date instance (1970).
• Code formatted with Prettier.

I encountered an error while building (I'm trying to get a stable version incorporating all previous PRs since 0.6.1):

EDIT : When i changed the view_mode "Half Day" in the index.html to day / month or year it works, i don't use half day mode but maybe its an issue
