Please implement multilingual support #1691

I am interested in contributing to this project by providing Arabic translations. If there are any specific guidelines or instructions, I would be more than willing to assist. @Karam-Qutran @GIA-Chairman

Also, could the Translation DocType be enabled on the desk side to apply temporary translations in the meantime?

Or are there any current workaround for translations? Besides forking/patching the project ?
