Cannot change SLA #1761

SLA is defaulting to a SLA that isn't default. In the backend when we go to change th SLA, it won't change. This is a problem for us with very different customer SLAs.

This should also be something that is auto based on a customer or something that we should be able to change on the agent side of the portal.
