We are experiencing several critical issues with the helpdesk system that are significantly impacting our operations. Here are the details:

1. Helpdesk Website Accessibility:

   • The helpdesk website cannot be opened due to numerous errors in the API. This is preventing users from accessing the site and submitting support tickets.

2. Email Functionality:

   • The email system is not functioning as expected. Despite correct configuration and successful test emails, no emails are being received. This is causing a major communication breakdown.

3. Insufficient Documentation:

   • The provided documentation is inadequate. It lacks detailed information needed to troubleshoot and resolve these issues effectively.

These issues are causing considerable frustration and disruption to our support operations. Immediate attention and resolution are required.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Attempt to open the helpdesk website.
2. Observe the errors generated by the API.
3. Configure the email settings as per the provided documentation.
4. Send a test email and verify the success message.
5. Check the recipient's inbox and note that no email is received.

Same issue here . Install helpdesk. but after ticket creation there is no email notification created to the agent email. its very frustrating that we need to open the erp help desk to check the tickets. how can we setup this email notifications for HD ticket
