customer and HD customer #1846

dear guys,I am very confused about the differences and functions between customer and HD customer. I want each customer to become an HD customer and can be linked to modify configurations, so that I only need to maintain in one module. Can this be achieved

It is clear that frappe helpdesk is supposed to be a standalone app, separate from ERPNext. But it seems crazy to maintain two separate apps that have separate copies of customer data that need to be linked.

Is there a plan to replace ERPNext with these separate apps (CRM, Helpdesk, ...), or is there a feature planned to keep the different customer objects synced in some way?
