Ticket listing screen is not having search option - It is very difficult to find the tickets without search option, so request you to add search on subject.
Ticket listing is having a option to select open /closed tickets, but if we select any category after coming back to main screen using back option the filter directly goes to all tickets.
Practically in routine use we need only pending tickets only, so if it works based on user selection condition then it will be better to use.
