Feature: Service Support Contracts and Billables

Leaving a post for future enhancement ideas.

Introduce:

• Time recording for agents on tickets
• Consumables / products as delivered against ticket (ERPNext Integration)
• Support contracts - inclusive of hours or recurring consumables / products above
• Integrate above billable charges with ERPNext - manual or scheduled based billing?
• Link ticket with assets (ERPNext integration, or given separation of industry specific modules now, industry specific module)
• Additional reporting on above for billable charges / used contract amount etc
• Scheduling option of Agent / Resource - New resource booking possibility with integration to integrated user mailbox?
• Change management control
