[UX] Club employees completing the same number of years in work anniversary email #668

When there are many work anniversaries on the same day and more than 1 employee has completed the same number of years, the template looks like this:

Describe the solution you'd like

Maybe club employees completing the same number of years in the work anniversary email. Eg: A completed 1 year and B and C completed 2 years at our company

Also the repetition of text in the email: First listing all the employees and then again saying "Everyone, let's congratulate..". Maybe we don't need to list down the names again here. A simple message without writing the names again would do IMO.
