SQLite data source, and Missing Icons

Hi team, I started fresh instance of Insights and loaded demo data for exploring. Following is how /insights/data-source looks:

Now, I want to add an SQLite db file from my device as a data source.

I found two issues:

1. The icons are not loading. Following are the network logs
2. Sample data has SQLite as a data source. But, we don't get option to add it from GUI.

Do you want to create a new SQLite database? or import an existing SQLite database?

The icons are fixed in the latest version
