No role for instructor #1004

Hi, I have installed LMS 2.4 and I don't have any Instructor role. So when I try to create a course, no instructor showed up.

I have Course Creator and Batch Evaluator roles assigned. But I don't have any other LMS role listed exept LMS student.

@ginovo & @Talap-creator. I have created a new user from desk app, then I am able to add the user as instructor Note: initially the drop menu didn't populate the user automatically, however basic search worked.

Steps:

  1. Access desk app Path: Learning > Apps > Desk
  2. Add a new user Users > + Add User
