fix: misc issues #1019

Issues

  1. When adding chapters one after another, the chapter input used to still show older data when adding a new chapter.
  2. Include in Preview option was getting reset when editing a lesson.
  3. When editing a question in a quiz and then adding a new question a parenttype issue was thrown.
  4. Error messages on quiz creation were not clearly indicated in the toast message
  5. Page meta for quiz pages were missing
  6. When adding code to the lesson the language dropdown was not properly visible.
  7. Bulk deletion for batch student, batch course and quiz questions was not working

Minor Features

  1. In batches, Assessments can now be added and deleted right from the portal.
