create Assessment button in batch not appear #1038

Describe the bug there is no button for create assignments in batch management page .

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'batch managment page'
  2. Click on 'Assessments tab'

no button for create Assessment

Expected behavior a button to creat Assessmentsfor student

@ahmadalwa make sure you are on the latest version and are logged in as a Moderator.
