fix: misc ux issues #1057

  1. Improved the code editor used in signup settings
  2. Show proper error message if the image is missing from the Job Form
  3. Evaluator slots were not being displayed on their profile page.
  4. Changed the UI of brand images in Settings
  5. When searching for a member, the email id search does not work.
  6. Proper toast when a user enrolls for a course.
