fix: misc issues #1095

Fixed the following issues:

  1. Announcements were not visible to students
  2. The live class join button position was incorrect.
  3. Announcement toast was incorrect
  4. The start learning button on the lesson page was not enrolling directly.
  5. When a live class was created for a batch and a student was added to it later, they were not receiving the invite to the live class.
  6. LMS Payment doctype now has a filter of Payment Received.
