fix: misc issues #1118

  1. Disabled right-click on the Video component to prevent videos from being downloaded
  2. Disabled live class join button if the date has passed.
  3. Disabled Live Class creation from the desk.
  4. Course Description header and other styles were not being applied. Fixed that. (Closes #1012)
  5. Deleted all old unused web forms. (Closes #1070, Closes #1069)
