Add feature to quickly delete course #1122

Currently we can delete lesson easily from portal by clicking the delete button when hovering over lesson.

But not the course.

If I want to delete a course, I need to access desk. Quite confusing for new users. Also a trouble if I don't want my moderators accessing the whole desk.

There is already an option to delete courses that was added with https://github.com/frappe/lms/pull/1100
