Goals

[x] Only Mumbai, India region
[ ] HTTP request timeout for 30 seconds
[ ] Scheduler tick interval 10 minutes
[ ] No skip auto update
[ ] Restrict the apps to only frappe apps
[ ] CPU time constraints for background job
- Track the CPU usage
- Custom dequeue strategy to stop picking someone’s task if they hit quota
