Broken Portal #211

The endpoint used in bench, that supposedly allows to download the translation files doesn't return a response https://translate.erpnext.com/files/{app}-{lang}.csv

Also, there is no PR being made to update the translation files in the frappe and erpnext repos. And I can see the www folder was renamed to www.bak, so now there is no way to use the download page?

I would be glad to help with this issue anyway I can since the i18n is a very big feature of the framework that has been missing for quite some time now.
