Shipping charges on checkout #132

Currently shipping charges (based on shipping rules) are added on the quotation & sales order when placing order. The shipping charges shown on payment summary/checkout would indicate the total price to customer (including shipping)

last time I tested (2 weeks ago) shipping rules were not working but tax rules were working and could be used to include shipping fees... just to add my insight
