Issue:
If you have configured to add a prefix to page titles through WebSite Settings, this prefix gets added multiple times in Wiki Page Title. This happens every time a Wiki Page is saved after editing.
How to recreate the issue:
Set some prefix in the following setting
Website Settings > Landing Page > Title Prefix
Create a wiki page and save. You'll notice that the Title Prefix we set earlier is now prefixed to the WIKI page title.
Open the page by clicking ... > Edit Page
Make some changes to the page content and save
Expected behaviour:
Only the changes you made get stored and the title remains the same
Actual behaviour:
The prefix gets added to the Wiki page title one more time with hypen as a separator
