Current issues:
 - Effects cannot be replayed now - even on the joystick
 - Complete the support for the FFB for the Wheel
 - Improve Wheel's descriptor to include all necessary axis

Do you know why effects are not replayed?  I think I was noticing this on the 
joystick too.  I tried making some modifications to correct it, but didn't 
really know where to begin and haven't stumbled upon a solution yet.
