FPS drop to 10 when using gamepad #1084

PLEASE READ LIBRARIES MANUAL BEFORE REPORTING ISSUES:

Always make sure you use latest x360ce libraries!
Bugs created using older versions will be marked invalid as user error.
r848 vc10 is currently the latest version.

Steps will reproduce the problem?
1.opening Dragon Age inquisition 
2.choosing gamepad as a control method from the game options
3.FPS drop to 10 using x360ce

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
FPS are expected to not drop, instead they drop and get locked to 10 FPS
N.B : FPS revert to normal when choosing mouse/keyboard, disconnecting the 
controller or WHEN THE GAME RUNS AS A BACKGROUND TASK.

What versions of x360ce and Windows are you using?
x360ce.App-2.1.2.191, windows 8.1

What gamepad do you use? On what drivers version?
SPEEDLINK STRIKE SL-6535-SBK-01, driver:SL-6535-BK_Driver_V1.0_2

Please attach a log file created with Log=1 setting in x360ce.ini file.
(LOG MUST BE FROM THE GAME, NOT X360CE)

Failure to follow the template will result in your issue being marked as
invalid.

the controllers FFB driver is the cause.

marking as wontfix because we aren't going to make individual drivers work 
properly with the software, but a current ongoing rewrite of FFB code may help.

no Vibration - no lags, normal fps)

Yes that's what I do but I still want to use the vibration, it's about the FFD 
indeed.
