Red light on Thrustmaster Ferrari Challenge Wheel #480

Steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Thrustaster ferrari Challenge wheel on Win 8
2. Confirm working with joy.cpl
3. Install x360ce, assign all controls using Record

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect light to go green, at least on restart - instead red light and 
controller not recognised by win8 xbox games.

What versions of x360ce and Windows are you using?
Win8 pro, and x360ce 2.1.2.190.  Win8 apps not easy to get files in same folder 
as game executable, because of tight security, but I can't even get it working 
from within x360ce.exe.  Is this just one of those incompatible devices?  Yet 
it recognising control presses.  Controller has only 3 axes, so can't assign to 
xbox right analogue stick.  Is that an issue?  Win8 sees it as fgt rumble 
3-in-1 and that is selected preset. Says it is gamepad not wheel.  I don't care 
about ffb.

What gamepad do you use? On what drivers version?
Most recent drivers - recognising controls using record within x360ce interface.

Please attach a log file created with Log=1 setting in x360ce.ini file.
Your code is the answer I've been looking for, and I would donate, but spent 2 
hours on this and can't get it talking.  I've set logging on but can't find a 
log file - sorry
